Actually, only one of the actors owns a kilt. It is official, his clan's colors. But they're pretty expensive and, lets face it, can only be used a certain number of times. So rather than have one authentic costume, we just went for general crap lying around the closet.

A few problems with this film.

1 Those accents really are arrestingly poor.

2 That looks nothing like Stirling.

3 Its "The Battle Of Stirling BRIDGE" thats important , there was a bridge involved.

4 The best bit of the soundtrack is "eye of the tiger". More bagpipes would have been appreciated

It was just a movie, and its just a parody GAMLI35. The fact that we parodied it means absolutely nothing about how we feel about the messages within the film itself. Peronally, I think it's an amazing movie and has alot to say about freedom all of which I respect deeply. It's my favorite of all time.

Braveheart being one of my all time favorites, this is most certainly not better than the film. It is just meant to be funny though, no hidden message about culture. The guy that played Robert the Bruce is just always that over the top so he played his role like that
