  • I don't care what ANYONE says about Kevin Costner. He is one of the best there is. OPEN RANGE, Awesome. WATERWORLD, Awesome. THE POSTMAN, Awesome. WYATT EARP, Awesome. MR. BROOKS, AWESOME. ROBIN HOOD: PRINCE OF THIEVES, Awesome. FOR LOVE OF THE GAME, Awesome. The man is (in my opinion) one of the best actors out there. He is also a fantastic director. LOVE HIM!!!!!

  • "men are gonna get killed here today soon and im gonna kill them" wtf? who wrote this?

  • @Scwirul he says her name SUE , not soon

  • this is one of the BEST westerns ive ever watched...robert duvalls facial expressions thruout this movie are hilarious...great storyline..great great movie...i mean its no john wayne flic but its good nonetheless!!!

  • I hate trailers but I love westerns

  • I was 12 or 13 when I had seen the trailer to this movie coming out and didn't get to see it till just this year. It's a perfect movie for me.

  • After watching waterworld and the postman i really never fancied watching another costner movie. But this and the untouchables are up there in my fave movie list

  • Yes I once wore a Stetson. And I liked it.

  • yes people who learn a different language..Im japanese so some english is new..to me and others..look around you the world is just not america.

  • clubing means hitting him with a wooden bat/pole stick pipe..just beating him with it.

  • @Dojocho Are there really people who don't know that?

  • Okay, I should know what clubing a person means, but I really don't know?

  • I love how the info box says, "Description to come soon" and its already 2011, lol

  • The gunman who shoots first shoots twice

  • Robert Duvall still going strong since his role in "True Grit" with John Wayne....and his famous line "I love the smell of napalm in the morning...." from "Apocalypse Now"...that guy's been around forever :-)

  • this is such a great movie i have it on dvd. this movie has it all peace, drama, love, action, mystery, the acting is so great by all the performers

  • the music in the trailer is the same as it is in Wyatt Earp

  • the gun fight in this movie is great, but I'd like to know who makes a revolver that you can fan the trigger to and get 14 shots out of it without reloading. lol. Interesting blooper, but the movie is great either way.

  • @hvychvy383 -- Harrington & Richardson made 9 or 10 shot revolvers, in a smaller calibre than .45. Not all revolvers are six-shooters. In one of the DVD extras, there is a few seconds of additional footage which shows Costner pulling his second revolver before fanning 9 rounds into that guy.

  • does this movie have a good gun fight, ive been trying to find a Epic fight but i never can, i saw Appaloosa and 3:10 to yuma but neither really have a good gun fight.

  • @ktm016 This movie has one of the best shoot outs ever filmed. Its not just a single shootout, but several, interspersed with showdowns and confrontations. It was amazing watching unfold on the big screen. Its an intense 15 minutes of chaos and twists and turns. Well worth a purchase just for the shootout, but the entire movie is fantastic.

  • Without a doubt, the best movie ever made. God bless the old west.

  • best western of the decade

  • One of my favorite movies!

  • Love love love this movie!!! <3

  • One of the best films ever....I would have been Charlie!!! (Former Marine Here), and no way would I have allowed any man to hurt a child. There are things that gnaw at a man worse then dying. Agreed!!!!

  • on the top list of best western movies i've ever watched. i would recommend buying it.

  • this movie is pretty good even tho, its like nothing from 3:10 to yuma. that is badder then this movie people!!! so watch it!, and see that charlie prince is the gangsta of that time!!!

  • good movie

  • Duvall! Love you, Robert Duvall.

  • @GoldenFlither15 Duvall was like the coolest guy after Marlon Brando in The Godfather :)

  • @MorphingCaesar2 Oh, man, no doubt. Have you seen 'The Road' yet?

  • @GoldenFlither15 Not yet, but I will! :)

  • Isn't the opening song from Wyatt Earp?

  • I feel like playing Red Dead now...

  • Just watched this the other day, as a HUGE fan of westerns I can't believe I'd never seen this before. Awesome movie, and very libertarian to boot!

This is a pretty poorly edited trailer though. They totally butchered the scores form Wyatt Earp and The Postman, two of my all time favorite soundtracks!

  • This movie was all about friendship. That's all it was about and in life you can never have enough friends.

  • westerns are awesome, they should make more of them

  • @xxWOLFPACxx I agree! I do really wish it would increase in popularity again. I'm sick of robots so far this century.

  • @xxWOLFPACxx i totally agree :s ,you should watch 3h10 to yuma

  • @xxWOLFPACxx go watch appaloosa with ed Harris and Vigo Mortison then thumbs up this comment if you like it.

  • @xxWOLFPACxx long live the duke

  • @xxWOLFPACxx I couldnt agree with you more but this western is very hard to beat, one of my favorite all time movies....

  • @xxWOLFPACxx i guess u saw True Grit then :)?

  • This is the best modern western made so far.

The realism is exact, including clothing, the town and actual mannerisms of the people of this time.

    The gunfight effects are incredible.

I have been in a firefight, and that is what it sounds like.

    This movie is a 10.

    Bobby...

  • @palonejr you shud watch * 3:10 to Yuma *

  • what a movie

  • the guy witha black mustase looks like the guy from call of juarez bound in blood no?

  • Both are great. But Duval plays an unbelievable cowboy!

  • quien tiene esta pelicula que me la pase por fis

  • a gem of a movie . . . .5star.

  • Range is handed a stunning period scope by Costner's directorial eye..watch this movie in fullscreen with high quality at

    EasyMediaClick (dot) com

  • B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L-L!

    LINDO!

  • Love this movie to death.

    Kevin Kostner, to the death!

  • THis is one of the greatest western ever! i saw this film yesterday it was so AMAZING ! watch that movie!

  • Better than Assassination Of Jesse James?

  • If I must chose one i would chose this one....i think this movie is more action and i think it is like it was back in the 19th century.....personly i think the Jessie James movie is a lil bit boring but they are both good....watch both and make youre own mind i hope that helps...sorry bout the bad englisch

  • Much much better than that!!!!

  • @telkevolon much better

  • oh coool the postman soundtrack was used in this trailer!

  • Wyatt Earp music too in the beginning, which is funny cos kevin played wyatt. :)

  • Great movie and great acting, all around!

  • This is probably one of my favorite westerns ever. It was actually one of the first movies I ever watched that I payed attention to the performances and I thought Duvall should've gotten an Oscar for his performance.

And it was one of the best filmed movies ever. The settings were absolutely stunning. It's one of the best movies I've ever seen.

  • Btw, I LOVE this movie!

  • This movie isn't rated R is it? I mean, there's nothing in it to RATE it R.

  • Yes it is. And I think it's because of that scene at the end when Costner shoots that dude in the face.
