Hey! I see you have the Roland TD-12 and I was just wondering if the bass drum is making a lot of noise? I have the Roland TD-9KX2 and I'm considering switching out my bass drum with the one you have, since mine is really noisy and driving my neighbor insane.
how do you do that chugging on the bass drum during the last chorus of the song where hes saying "Spirit moves through all things, Spirit moves through all things" Whats the technique you use? What kind of notes are those?
i like that open hand style. But how do you stand all that rack shaking? even on the slower lighter parts your rack is shaking quite a bit. seems kinda unstable
Hi, I just want to know what is the kit that you use for X ? I've received my td 12 three days ago I was on yamaha before. Roland souds better !! And keep drum spirit you make very good cover !! :D (sorry for my english i'm french ^^)
No, i'm not in a band at the moment (apart from some occasional function stuff) - I have been in bands regularly in the past though, just not the last couple of years.
And yeah, acoustic is what i've always played - this is actually the first year i've had a decent electronic kit - it's great to be able to practice at home (especially when you're not gigging much). But i'd def play my acoustic more if it was possible..!
And thanks for the comments, really appreciate it. :O)

Hi there, thanks for the comment!
The kit is a mix of the standard sounds built into the TD12, with some customisation. :)

Really enjoyed this video.
i was throbbing along to the beastlyness throughout.
you rock hard abs and slender toned arms remind me of the ancient god THOR. BEATING out a tune on his viking banging sheath.
Keep up the good work you RIGID being.
