@WaddaBilla Hi Brother..you need one gram of protien minimum per pound of bodyweight. So currently u need 160 grams of protien per day. it also depends on your activity level and goals. If you want to gain more muscle..you have to bump up that number. Turkey/Beef/lamb/goat mutton are great sources if you are tired of the chicken.
You can also try various fish sources. Most importantly, do what feels right to you....Good Luck..

nice sandwitch ...and it is fast.....i would use onion powder or garlic powder...some black pepper...and lemon instead of salt....and what about buying a whole package of boneless breasts of chicken and separating them in portions then just put them in your freezer pull them out as you need them...by the way i like your pre-work out smoothie with oat meal and frozen bananas....tried it already ...came out goooood .....thank you for sharing...
