  • @WaddaBilla Hi Brother..you need one gram of protien minimum per pound of bodyweight. So currently u need 160 grams of protien per day. it also depends on your activity level and goals. If you want to gain more muscle..you have to bump up that number. Turkey/Beef/lamb/goat mutton are great sources if you are tired of the chicken.

    You can also try various fish sources. Most importantly, do what feels right to you....Good Luck..

  • Can't use rye as i'm coeliac the only bread that i can digest is Genius bread and gluten free breads but you have to toast them befor eating, but your recommendations sound good, will give it a try.
