The music and the video both create a form of performance art by combining the filmography and the music. The contrast of the woman's sweet voice with the eerie setting of the video.

Separately both artistic mediums are magnificent and worthy of our appreciation, but together the whole song is transformed into an entirely new experience, that which appeals to most (if not all) of the senses.

Yeah, his most bankable one was probably Madonna's "Frozen" He's on record as being unsatisfied with that video. I would say his most well known video would either be Bjork's "All is Full of Love" or Aphex Twin's "Come to Daddy". He's quite briliant IMO
