  • Damn that's fucking sick yo how u do that

  • kool

  • слушаи я изделал такои жэ саб, но он мне тихиь. я подключал к 100бат усилитилю! у меня 4 ohm можеш скозать в чём могла быть проблема?

  • i use to work at the prison and imates would make these from there head phone magnets and paper. they wernt near as big, about 4 inch speakers. sounded alright for there cells..

  • @ethanstephenson yes :) even the most basic hand-made conventional loudspeaker is good enough for recognizing speech, music, etc. :)

  • i love this vid

  • awsome

  • What is the piano mellody that you have playing? I really like it.

  • @Diamondwlf bassotronics- bass i love you

  • thats cool what was that formula or equation that you used and what wire did you use and how strong were those two magnets and where did you get them

  • @bantagclantag for technical info, see this video watch?v=CNdnANc4Ry8 the formulae are very simple: c = 2 * pi * r l = c * n * k h = n * d M = l * m Rdc = l * ro where c - circumference of the spool pi = 3.14 r - radius of the spool l - length of wire n - number of turns per layer k - number of layers h - height of coil d - diameter of wire M - mass of coil m - wire mass per unit of length Rdc - direct current resistance of wire ro - wire resistance per unit of length (taken from a datasheet)
  • @svinec sorry for the bad formatting, it seems that new lines are not supported here :)

  • @svinec how loud does the sub go

  • nice but how big is the magnet? i can't even see a freaking magnet on that thing! is it like a nano meter across or something?? WHERE THE HECK IS IT!!!!

  • @realflow100 at the very first picture of the video, is the naked basket of the speaker without the cone and the surround. at the center of the basket you can see a black cylinder. that's the magnet. it's actually two stacked magnets.

  • @svinec oooohhhhhh now i see it.. =P

  • but will it blend?

  • you cant just do like freakin 50 watts without a dc power source and an amplification unit, standard mp3 players like that put out close to 0v and you need at LEAST 10v dc for a sub... proven fake.

  • @TheFaced 1)have you noticed that cable entering the mp3 player is white, and the cable entering the sub is black and thicker? 2)how would you explain the movement of the cone at all? you actually didn't prove anything. no matter how, the sub is playing and you can see it.

  • ok now get some flex-seal n u could make a better rim

  • in the box it looks like a fake...

  • music:

bassotronics - bass i love you

beat dominator - bass can you hear me

    have fun :D

  • lol thats kick ass bro looks like itd hit prety hard if it were sealed up right

  • and why would you make a paper subwoofer??

  • I like your creactivity keep at it!!!!!

  • good job,!!!

  • Is shitty music a requirement for a bass stereo? Ugh

  • how wich the gauge wire

  • is that a mtx jackhammer dude my headphones got more beats then that hear is a idea get a women

  • the name of the song at 0:36 is bass i love you by Basstronics

  • you just infented the fartgun....

  • LMFAO

  • Ghetto Tech

  • Actually making a working speaker A++++

    your work space F-

  • gg brother

  • That is awesome. Its a shame you show the construction in more detail, really neat to see though.

  • Rat style sub! Great work dude!

  • killa bass

  • Wow now this is a real nigger rig.

  • What's the song at 1:40

  • thats not bad

  • thats badass!

  • You should have used a bicycle inner tube as the surround!

  • great job but that was one of the funniest things ive seen

  • what a bloody dumb cheap cunt lol? he seriously just made electronics out of fucking paper..... don't get it wet or you are dead

  • @piemanrocksyea are you dumb this is so low voltages that there wont be enough current to penetrate skin

  • DUDE XD

  • Like a boss nice work :)

  • You can dig the concrete with it...looks like a jackhammer

  • Hit the mute!

  • nice but where did u get the voice coil?? is that ur made,, and what title of music you'd tested?? i like it..

  • pretty tits for a home mader

  • thats a 12 hour waiste of time bro,

  • what is the song name at 0:36 plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • @ReachClaw Bassotronics - Bass, I Love You :)

  • @svinec thatnks

  • @ReachClaw - if you like that song, try late night tip - 36 mafia. Huge Bass drops

  • @TheBarberjustin Thanks. i found out the song after the video like 30mins after. But thanks anyways, i liked the dong your gave meh. :D i love the instrumental.

  • @ReachClaw - yah i use that song to out bang haterz with 2 12's i got a memphis audi 10'' subwoofer pro bass box and memphis 2k amplifier, shows em whats up. i mean there hating on my 10 when there rockin 2 12'' walmart duals. lmfao and there own box thats not ported nor tuned.

  • @TheBarberjustin nice stuff man!

  • whats the name of the song?? 0:15

  • you should have some tweeters too

  • Close your eyes and imagine what's going on around this project.......... Somebody is makin meth close by in my imagination

  • what is the membrane

  • great work

  • song at beginning ?

  • hey...whats the name of the song? ( 0:30 )

  • @MsMelli1998 called "Bass I love you" cant remember who its by, but that part isn't important.

  • engineering skills

  • i did it with 2 parallel 8 ohm coils... thats 4 ohms... xD and i found laying arround a neyodium magnet... all i need is stronger materials to hold that shit xD

  • @hristijank2 sounds good :) how big is the magnet?

  • @hristijank2 umm... very big xD its bigger than a normal woofer that you buy... now the thing that holds the woofer is from a bike the inside tire... the one which you pump the air in... xD imma make a video bro... but im very busy this week... im moving so i gotta take all the shit i own to another place and faculty college comes too... so time is luxury which i can not affort at the moment xD. ill do as soon as i can to show u :) btw i can help you with the box design for now ill send u msg.

  • thats badass

  • I made it, but nothing hapens, wath, kan bi problem, my vois cone dont tach the magnets !

  • @eragons1994 the voice coil must not be exactly over the magnet, but slightly over or slightly under the magnet. check it out

  • How efficient is it? Is it taking a disproportionate amount of power to get a decent level out of it?

  • @TimpBizkit it's not efficient. however, at some resonant frequencies it pumps out a very nice, smooth and deep bass (for example Three 6 Mafia & justin Timberlake - Chop Me Up). probably it's better to buy a chinese speaker. nevertheless, i think it's very cool how this pile of carton, wood and a piece of copper wire can reproduce a decent real bass :)

  • awsome

  • It's bass I love you.. Fuckin retards

  • I have a feeling... That if you used plastic under the magnet, it wont last a month :D

  • u should make a vid on how to do this with step by step

  • 1000 watts rms

  • Dios miio ima try this crazy shit

  • How The Heck Did u Do Tht

    U Left me Speachless

  • thats funny; you put the solenoide around the magnet instead of solenoide inside the magnet. well i gess it's working pretty good

  • that was epic

  • what is the first song that u used with the peano in it let me know

  • @grantpudil Bass i love you by Bassotronics

  • This is by far the most comprehensive video on home made subwoofers and its not even a how to!

  • even better than my Rockfords :D

  • @iintro79 bass I love you

  • Does that have good quality?

  • That is some funny $hit, props on making this.. but I don't see it sitting on the shelves anytime soon.. well this is better than sony explode

  • horse porn :D

  • mine works but its not very loud could it have something to do with the magnet?

  • whats the first song he played while the speaker was in the box its nice

  • did you use elastic bands for the spider? and what is the song playing in the begining?

  • @iintro79 yes, I used elastic bands for the spider, but it is the worst material you could use for a spider - use something stiffer instead, that's the point. the song is Jody Breeze & Rick Ross - Work (On The Block)

  • @svinec ok and thanks

  • @svinec If I make a Subwoofer, how do I like hook it up to my Ipod? Do i use like a device to connect it to my Ipod that connects to the Subwoofer? And also, could I use styrofoam to make it and use metal from a Sprite or Soft Drink can to make the Spider and do I use Neodenium Magnets? Please respond!

  • @TheBoilingDumpling iPod -> amplifier -> speaker - this is how you connect your iPod. technically, you can use styrofoam and aluminum cans to make the speaker, but it's not the best choice. my advice is to try anyway - this way you will know for sure :) you can use whatever magnet you have, but try with neodymium magnet because it is very strong and this will come handy in a DIY speaker :)

  • @svinec But whats the real difference bettween a speaker and a suwoofer? Or are they exactly the same, but you put the regular speaker in the amplifier. Because I might make a mistake and turn my subwwofer into a speaker.

  • @TheBoilingDumpling they're both speakers. the subwoofer is generally larger and suitable for lower frequencies.

  • @svinec So, a Subwoofer is just larger but but in an amplifier? So I could use the subwoofer that I make as a regular speakur but just regulary plug it in my Ipod not the amplifier? Can I do that?

  • @TheBoilingDumpling you probably shouldn't plug the subwoofer directly to your iPod because if the subwoofer has less impedance, your iPod might burn out. other than that, it is possible to plug it directly to the iPod though the sound will be very low. once again, every driver that has a moving cone and produces sound waves is called a speaker, or loudspeaker (subwoofer, woofer, tweeter...). and since the iPod is a low power device, you need an amplifier in order to power a speaker.

  • @svinec What kind of amplifier do I get?A Guitar amplifier?

  • @TheBoilingDumpling any type of amp will do job, BUT be sure to check the following: 1) the impedance of the amp and the impedance of the speaker must match; if the impedance of the amp is lower, then it's also OK, but if the impedance of the amp is higher than that of the speaker, you shouldn't play it more than half-way the power (volume) or the amp might burn out; 2) power rating - if the amp is more powerful than the speaker, don't crank it up to max - the speaker might burn out

  • only regular card board and fast drying glue

  • what did you use to hold it all together like reinforced card boared or what?

  • Epic! i will try to make one but i dont drink so will a coke can do? lol

  • song please??

  • THATS BADASS! XD

  • in order to get a hard sound you must use something harder than a Styrofoam plate, probably some hard plastic.

  • I want to say something Turkish helal olsun

  • dude thats preatty good aye well done

  • you are a mad guineas

  • What is the second song that's played the one that he tests it out on

  • that's the first video that seems for real. yu have shown how it works, please tell me how it's made????

  • @DanyalDurrani guys, please check out my other video, I think it's a lot better watch?v=u4IeUElN8oQ

  • @svinec its down...

  • yu showed how it works, tell me please how is it made?????

  • where do u get the voice coil

  • Nice make! what is used as the suspension around the driver? btw song is jody breeze- on the block

  • lol

  • song???

  • You're better than god.

  • Cool

  • there was like no sound coming out

  • wat make

  • where did you get/buy the magnets?

  • i couldn't find those wire in brunei.....where do u buy it.....what kind of shop??

  • whats the song

  • how manny times did u circle the voice coil aruond the tube and were do u get the voice coil

  • @1computerhelp the voice coil: 0.45mm (25 awg), 58m length, 6cm diameter, 4 layers, apr. 75 turns per layer, 6 ohm DC resistance, don't know the impedance

  • Man, I love your videos... How did you make it look so good?

  • what is the price that used to get that subwoofer withoud a box?

  • Man, my two 12's are slamming that song's bass line lol.

  • how do u connect the magnet with voice coil

  • @1computerhelp ... you don't connect it... look at some videos that explain how a speaker is made

  • how do u connect magnet to the woofer

  • HOW TO RUN IT WITH A I-POD

  • is a magnet of 2 cm diameter is enough for a small sub-woofer

the sub-woofer is not big its small

and what about the plate which vibrates may i know what was that or what can i use in place of it

  • fucken redneck shit!

  • @spooky1312 fucking racist shit

  • I see that kazakhstan are now making subwoofers.....GREAT SUCCESS!!!

  • Did you mount this in your car?

  • Name of the first song? Not finding it :\

  • COOL! :D

  • i think it's better than MTX

  • name of song plzz? 0:36-1:16

  • @anton109069 it's Bassotronics - Bass, I Love You!

  • @Pyromaniak125 thanxx

  • @anton109069 No Problem

  • ahahha siiiick dude

  • that is fuckin jank

  • ghetto subwoofer!

  • hella bad ass job

  • not only easily you can hear it, but it actually has a resonant frequency at which the walls tremble a bit. it really has a nice deep bass at low volume - if you crank it up, it distorts :)

  • @svinec I've got two questions, what magnet did you use, and what wire did you use?

  • @MegaMultiX some low grade ceramic magnets from two old speakers.

the coil - 0.45mm (25 awg), 58m length, 6cm diameter, 4 layers, app. 75 turns per layer, 6 ohm DC resistance

  • @svinec Ceramic magnets? Are they strong?

  • @MegaMultiX well, compared to other types of magnets, ceramic magnets are not the strongest, but this doesn't mean anything. ceramic magnets are cheap to manufacture and they can do a good job for speakers if provided an efficient magnet system. the strongest magnets are rare earth magnets like neodymium magnets

  • @svinec Yes, I know those thing, but as far as I know those magnets aren't very strong, and real speakers have different magnet sistem.

    I made a sub too

-two ceramic magnets and a neodymium magnet, 3 cm diameter, neodymium one(3 cm diam., heigh 1 cm

-coil was 3 cm diameter, very thin wire, six layers

    -diagram 11 cm

It's crappy, I don't know why, when i turn up the bass, it starts to disort. At very low volume it doesn't disort, but the bass is very quiet. I'll send you a PM...

  • @svinec i bet if u put some type of fome under that cylinder it wouldnt distort

  • did you get any real bass out of that like that you could easly hear

  • thats sick...good job!!!!1

  • whats the name of the song that your speaker is playing

  • wow that's great. How much did it cost u to buy the matyerials. And the quality isn't so bad too

  • 17 people dont know thats cool

  • whats the ohm rating on that thang?! and if you supported the voice coil it will reproduce sounds alot better!!

  • whats the name of the song

  • 0:44 -1:08 lol hahah :D
