Too many bloody imports from other Unions.

Counties is always a contender in the Junior and Development sides but as soon as the Senior team is picked, we look toward the off-casts of other unions to bring in.

Stick with the abundance of talent we have within OUR boundary. All great Counties teams of the past have come from home grown talent.
