is she aau? or usag, we dont do mill circles and we jump to the high bar our usag team does that routine, plus our level 4 dont do kips im so confused!

AAU is not necessarily lower than USAG, the scoring and deductions may be different but the level requirements are the same for the most part. Florida has fairly high requirements for their AAU routines hence the kip, I know when we competed level 3 Nationals, our girls had to relearn the bar routine and leave stuff out because the other states didn't require them such as a mill circle.

i don't get how AAU 4 is lower than USAG 4 but in AAU you have to do a kip

The kip is dependent on the state. In KY we have the exact same routines as level 4 USAG. Just a recreational league (not as expensive)

She placed 4th overall in the Elite Level Y Category. (any gymnast scoring 36.2 and above in all around during qualifiers)
