Really powerful, like it very much. Although the last too minutes linger a bit too much and are a little too sad for my taste, but that's just my opinion. The first 5 mins are stunning though.

...Messiaen is an absolute visionary. Being a synthesist, the first time I heard this this work it conjured up incredible visions.
