He wrote quite a few songs, its not uncommon for an artist to forget lyrics. But its much more noticeable on acoustic songs like this, where he doesn't have a full band behind to cover up his mistakes

Started off with Act 2, Procession->Church and the Dime, then I think City escape, Ms Terri, Hands matched tongue, Red Hands, Black sandy beaches, then him and Eric did Smiling Swine blues version...maybe another song I'm missing.
