I am trained to remove helmets and we have been also taught the theory behind this and why it is essential to remove a helmet properly. They are trained professionals and every1 at the track relies on them so I guess thats why its not taught there

@satinISsexy Eager to judge; slow to listen. As I've already pointed out, I said nothing about them lifting him up. I said they were trying to help him - that's it. Don't draw conclusions. Take it at face value. Usually these types of videos just show people ignoring them, walking away, or trying to get the best picture with their cell phone. With the exception of at least one person filming, I felt it was rather rare that people seemed to actually care about the victim.

Yep, it's good to watch people trying their best to help, not necessarily doing the best to help. The downside is that it is probably all the help he will get... hope he gets medical attention, he seems to have suffered severe concussion and seems to be in a lot a distress to breathe. Punctured lungs ? :( Hope the guy made it back to a full recovery.
