2 words. FLASH DRIVE. just go on a different computer that don't have parental controls, go to that webiste, go to file, save as, and save it as the 1st or 2nd file type. Save it to your flash drive. The reason this is because the parental controls block specific websites. but if the website is located in your flash drive, it wouldn't prefebly be a website! it would be a file from your flash drive!

The disk should be an install disk for your opperating system. Then, go to the start up page for your computer and run the disk. Reinstall the operating system.
