Another oath is not to enforce basless "child removals" on the false allegations of government paid anti-social workers. If the law is unconstitutional, then DON'T ENFORCE it. The police unions and police chiefs should get in the habit of disobeying UN-constitutional laws and editcs. The police should get into a friendly dialogue with the tax payers and citizenry and be skeptical of Juvenile Court Judges, CAPTA and AFSA. It is time for a Second American Revolution.
