Interesting. Once you explained it, it made more sense, but I still don't see how YOUR health is regenerating. Also, WHERE in the UW is this, and is this the only spot of enemies that the build works on? Plus, if it is in the UW, it would cost at least 1k a go at this. So, that much I do not understand.

im haveing trouble finding cry of pain. its not showing up at any of the skill trainers or at the preist of balthazar. is it an eye of the north skill?

@MobilTest It's free to enter, because it's The Underworld (Explorable Area), not the domain of Grenth where Dhuum stirs around. Also, that place is called "Ruins of the Tomb(s) of the Primeval Kings". Just go to ToPK (Outpost) and walk through the "Chaos Rift".

@noahtightypwnz It doesn't for me, they have inherent health regeneration in HM, so when the ether nightmare+cry of pain run out, they just regenerate back to full health again, how do you get it to work? :(

@xAnggulx yes they recently nerfed it again... monsters in HM have health regen... your ecto drops shouldn't be affected by HM or NM though

@noahtightypwnz UPDATE: They nerfed UW again, so now monsters in HM have health regen, so this build does not work in HM. But that's ok because HM or NM doesn't affcet your ecto drops.

@runningbaka Pfft, I still farm ToPK in HM. Just use daggers and damage boosters. 26 damage every second is win.
