lol, yup, it's my voice, i just sang in my guy/really low voice disguising my voice as much as i could, with no assistance of computer technology, the only time i had to use the pitch changer was for death vulcan's laugh at the beginning of "itan no juusei" :)

In the manga it's his attack. He doesn't have any attacks in the anime.

As for the attack's name, I read somewhere that the use of "la smoking" is because in many languages (including French), "smoking" means "tuxedo." Also "bomber" in French means "to thrust out," which this attack in the manga kinda does. And it's probably not an English word cause we don't pronounce the second "b" in "bomb" or "bomber" in English. So it's probably French. Though that would be "bom-bay."
