However, Donepezil didn't pass muster as a helpful medicine per study (posted here on YouTube in another video), and anticoagulant treatment is apparently not recommended. Aspirin is being questioned as published studies are showing it causes brain bleeds even in people without CADASIL (which is a brain bleed disease).  I am a layperson. I have this disease.

Thank you for posting this. There is a Facebook CADASIL Support page for those with CADASIL and or friends and supporters of them. It's important for the medical community to learn more about this disease as more and more Multiple Sclerosis diagnoses turn out to be wrong, and treatment for MS may be detrimental to CADASIL sufferers.
