They are a scam company. If you lose your money order they will charge you 15.00 to "get your money back" but here's the catch- after spending 15.00 they do not put a stop on the money order and they will ONLY refund you if no one cashes the money order... wait there's more. AND they have a 30 day period before giving the refund. So they won't put a stop on the check and they won't refund u for at least a month. IF and ONLY IF no one cashes your check during that whole month will theyrefund
Western Union stole my money. I was sending money to my long time friend. WU sent it to the wrong person, someone I never heard of, and just kept telling me that the money has been paid and that there is nothing that they can do. This is how they deal with their problems. Give run around, stonewall, blame customer, then hope that you will just go away. I will use carrier pigeons before thinking about using WU again. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of people. Google it to see.

My land line and cell are not listed, so they basically treated me like an idiot and a piece of crap. I am neither; I just wanted to send some cash to my father for gas money to see my graduation. Fuck them. MG processed the transaction, no questions asked and for a cheaper fee.
Western Union is the most complete inept crappiest piece of crap company that exists today. Their "online quick collect" is completely worthless and flags credit cards as a fraudulant transaction. I am amazed that this company is in business. When you call for help, no one knows anything, what a stupid business.

Those bastards caused my credit card to be placed "on hold" by my company and I had to explain not one, but two failed cash advance transactions - the first was at the bank for some reason, and the second was Western Union's attempt to authorize my transaction. Apparently, both transactions were seen as fraudulent. Screw 'em.

Western Union Prepaid Visa card SUCKS! My account says "inactive" so I tried to call their 800 number and spoke with 3 different people who I could not understand because they could not speak english very well and tried to talk too fast. There is no way to contact them online through your account, their help is vague and ambiguious and they cant even speak english at all. Western Union SUCKS!!!! Dont' use them!!!!!!
and By the way is not because I work 4 WU, its because U r talking about the way people talks.. perhaps U dont understand English... that might be the problem dude...
