Auto Sprinklers, corner lot, vinyl fence, side entry garage, metal soffit & fascia (low maintenance exterior painting)- crown molding. When you first walk in your feet sink into the carpet. I think that carpet must be 40 oz. carpet! Increditble for a new home! And on a cul-de-sac lot - perfect place for a family. If I were in the market for a home in Clovis NM I would choose this fine home!
