The length of this Rob Allen spear is 150cm.?I have same gun and I use 140cm Abellan model.Did you see any advantages(accuracy..) with R.A.spear?Verry nice video indeed!

@tskalic I prefer the 150cm for a little longer overhang. The shot is still very straight and fast as you can see.

@rayhollerrr That is the resort! It was very comfortable outside. I slept really good.  The air is so dry and the wind is cool at night. No bugs.

Very nice. I have been down to Las Animas 4 times to spearfish. Have never run across any sharks in Baja. Have you? YouTube....oahusquid....check out the HUGE tiger shark my son and I ran into while spearfishing in Hawaii.

@oahusquid I didn't see any sharks but I dive with sharks all the time in Florida so it's not a big deal if I see one.

@diverfreak10001 Hard to give to an accurate assumption of how powerful a gun is but here goes. From tip of spear, I wouldn't hesitate to shoot a 50lb grouper at 15ft. Since using this gun, I haven't felt like I need more power on the reef. I could shoot any reef fish in Baja without problems.
