Those are actually chin ups but I'm very impressed. Showed good range of motion, a decent amount of time taken per rep, no swinging, kept going for partial reps after muscle failure. Way to go.
Super job, especially going for the partials at the end. That shows your toughness and guts.They are the ones that really stimulate the muscle to GROW! How about a video of max at pushups and situps too?
Not many women who can do them with this good a form.And good toughness going for the last two or three instead of quitting! You will be doing 25 in no time.

The newest video is from a figure competition I did on July 12, 2008. Wish I could say I did well but no, did not place. Unfortunately, I could not get any feedback from the judges to see what I could work on for next time. :-(
I wish I could say I have always been in shape. No, didn't start any kind of regular exercise until the year 2000 and sadly, was a cardio bunny who ate once a day. Turned things around since then, found the fountain of youth (weight lifting) and haven't looked back!
