haha i say "Backward knot" and "Forward Knot" but true, "Rightright knot" and "Leftleft knot" is easier to understand :) this video is reall good!

@motorspeed300 i'm not sure what you mean by "wide". Just make sure to use 8 pieces of string. I guess if you want it fat you can double up and use 16 pieces of string.
