End of Verderer's Trail - Forest of Dean MTB

Does anyone who goes to the forest of dean alot know if there is a short cut from the car park straight up to the beggining of the "dragons tail" ?? thanks. Great riding keep it up !!

@chocdrops10 yes, from the start of the trail if you go to the far end of the car park then you will see a fire road, follow that up and it curves round to the top of the downhill, just stay on the fire road till you get to it, it takes a while to get there but is still quicker than going on the trail all the way.

Did the Dragons Tail yesterday, and wow, I consider myself as a bit of a pussy doing MTB trails, but riding those fast rollers and berms made me feel like a pro. Can't wait to see my recorded descent speed on Garmin Connect.

Good video. Doesn't really do it justice in regards to how much speed you can pick up, especially on the rollers.

They really need a longer dedicated red trail if your gonna compete with the welsh trails.

@volvot5turbo They've improved it so much more mate, the berms are far biggger now so you cna go down with out braking... best trail around in my opinion.
