i think this is not a "game". for kids, but for youth... and when they are learning english, how would you expect them to come out with the correct english word for what they have in mind?
I like the word web strategy because it gives the students the ability to write as many things as possible in order to explain one particular word. The more writing and comprehensive thinking for esl kids, the better.
