  • so what is your electrolyte here? im using 50/50 vinegar and water, with a little bit of baking soda.... is that safe for engine combustion?

will it affect my smogg? passing smogg

can it mess up my combustion chamber? leave resedue?

i heard that salt as an electrolyte leaves salt resedue in the engine and a toxic gas? (i dont use salt)

  • could diluted battery acid be used as a electrolyte?

  • Computer hard drives, back panel = non magnetic stainless not sure if its 316L grade. The disc in it is coated in platinum. yes most plates are 304 grade ss, being a welder I found tig also use's 316L ss rods to weld 316L plate. HHO2U.com has some premade plate cells (all 316L ss).

  • Where did you get that container??? Website? Price? Thanks good vid 5*

  • see if your plates are magnetic. I have found that depot and lowes will have ss wall plates, but some are magnetic, which means, made of nickle, zinc, crap metal. always take a little magnet with you and if it sticks to the plate, do not use it. No stick to plate use it. Great work, but thats where your orange tint is coming from. Take care good luck. TATER WAYNE

  • Have you tried any neutrals to lower the amps a bit.

  • Yes, I'm currently working on a power supply for it, but the cell will consist of about 55 plates, with only 2 of them being active, the rest are neutral. running on a total of 110v dc.. the down side is I won't have it finished until some time in Feb. :( the power supply won't take much, its needind the green to order the ss plates..

  • Dont that suck that ss is so expensive.

  • yup! even with the price of steel down, it's still expensive.

  • Very interesting, is it a secret or can you tell us what the electrolite was? Did the steam smell like it? What damages the engines that have been damaged by running cells is the steam that is generated by the high current is containing electrolite steam, not just water. AND most of the elecrolites used will disolve alumnum and rust iron or steel. The main ingredeants in most engines internal parts. So sucking some of the steam into the engine can be hazardous to the engine.

  • No secrets here, the electrolyte is posted on smoky40's page. It consists of baking soda, vinegar, distilled water, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen proxide. the " steam " comming off of the cell was actually the hho gas, it was 45 degrees outside, the cell was warming up to about 85. in higher outside temps you wont see that!

  • Hi, Good video, well presented, clear viewing,

You need to condition the plates now.

    cheers zeropoint
