i just realized that that dude from infamous (spoiler name: Cole) could possibly do chidori, lightning blade, the full body chidori and all that good stuff. Like for example that lightning rod sword that he could make longer but to a limit. If the dudes from sucker punch get some copy rights and all that he could do all thet stuff 2x. Most people are Wrong. Rakiri is deprived from Chidori (Making it KIND OF the same thing). Chidori is a less affect version of it, Raikiri is more shaped, whiter and powerfuller (Obviously still blue).
