@XDHeskiDonXD I had the same problem but after a while I found out you have to push the connector on the ipod side all the way in (this does require a fair bit of force).

@valdez1300 just download the program, then go to the itunes store tab, and click on apps, then any free app, and click download, but then they'll as for your account login, just press sign up, and you'll have the option to not have a credit card.

Or you could just get itunes gift cards and put in that code for the credit card number, but i'd prefer the first one cause it's free

i did that and i downloaded the new itunes and when i connect it sync and half way there it disconnect and the system goes to not responding and i have it registered so what i doo now ????

@thedisc231 thats a security feature. if you have a passcode and you have sensitive info on it and at gets stolen, the person who stole it wont be able to get to the info.

HAVE to install I tunes if your Ipod isn't working it means it needs to be fixed just go to a Apple store and get it fixed there or trade it in I'm sure u can do that
