in her business, when she makes so much money for doing what she does, it is very insulting to think that she thinks we're wasting our time by watching her. So she must think that her fans are a bunch of idiots -- people who pay a lot of money and waste their time watching her, when, according to her, we could be doing so much better things with their time. So, I have this to say: if that's the way she feels about it, how dare she take our money! Tina Faye lets her kid watch TV, and she's smart!

@storybellz I don't think that's what she meant; she loves watching tv and movies herself and she DID say the kid would watch lots of tv later. She's talking about the early development of the child's imagination, and about keeping her active and developing other talents etc.

because if she thinks it's a waste of time to watch TV one release (because she is said on another interview that her child has never seen a movie either!), Then doesn't she think that it's quite hypocritical for her to be in this business? If a business is a business in which she's not proud of, then I say she shouldn't be in it! it's like with anything else, if you don't like your marriage, get out of it. If you don't like your job, get a new one.

I have a mild appreciation for Helen hunt, which is why I'm watching this video. And I do think she's very pretty. But I have one main gripe with her right now, and that is that she has said on numerous occasions that she doesn't allow her child to watch TV. And on this video, she explains that it's because she thinks that TV is basically a waste of time compared to the other things that are child could be doing. But, that's the same with all of us. That perspective just doesn't sit well with me

This movie is one of THE worst I have ever seen. And I love Bette Middler and Colin Firth, but obviously Hunt can't direct worth a d***. And her performance was awful. Her voice was almost monotone throughout the entire movie.

Helen Hunt is a good light comedienne, and was good in Mad About You. But she is highly overrated as an actress. Her academy award was one of the most undeserved ever.

(Also, her face looks like it has been heavily worked on.)

Helen Hunt is so beautiful & amazing but Bette Midler is like finger nails on a chalk board. I'll go see this movie regardless. I hope Midler doesn't ruin it for me..
