How to record your voice with a rockband microphone: Camtasia studio 6

does anybody know how to use the rockband mic and record what is playing threw the speakers at the same time. cause i want to be able to record what my friend is saying on skype while im using the rockband mic....hopefully you still use this channel

can u use a turtle beach headset to talk?? (Xbox live headset) and do you need a mic to talk?

I have really bad audio quality when I'm using a logitech headset when i try to record my screen with camtasia. My voice sounds choppy and distorted.

Oh, maybe your mic is defective? Which version of camtasia do you have?

Nope the MIC works perfect on any other software on windows it only distorts when used in camtasia

I wouldn't know I'm using a USB logitech microphoone. I hooked up a diferent mic but camtasia didn't recognize the other mic at all.

Oh well there are a lot of causes for that, the program could have had a malfunction during the installation, your computer could be running very slow etc. when I visited your channel I never heard any commentary's?
