if you haven't already throw a stg1 protune on that car. best mod i've done to mine. makes 1st and 2nd a little smoother, but 3rd becomes a beast. you can do 40-100 pulls no issues all in 3rd

I owned an older 07 STI that i blew up.. But i can remember that being faster stock then the new ones.. I dunno why, but i have watched a few video's and these cars just dont seem to be that quick.. Could be from driving my current ride.. but again, not dissing the cars, they are really nice.. Just seem a little sluggish.. Can anyone tell me if the 07 STI was faster then the 11.. Or maybe it has just been a while since i was in one..

@raulgomez902 yeah i got the base wrx. I financed it with 2.54 for 5 years. With my mom and dad both co-signing. Subaru hooked me up. Cuz i have no credit so they helped me out. I also had a 06 wrx trade in with 60k miles. Trade in was worth 7k. So im paying 21k flat for the 11 wrx. With taxes its probably like 23k

@MrRitzybiz the subaru dealer gave me $10k for my 06 with 119k miles, :( u should of trying raising it, they always low ball right away, they ask me 8k for it and i said no lol, but good to hear u got one!! i love mine, u got a better rate though, mine is 2.99 for 6, i owe them 18k still

@MrRitzybiz idk many people found new cars will be quicker if u floor them in the first 100 miles, sets the valve seats deeper or somthing. thats why everybody says "the car learns how u drive" plus its under warranty , its a new car pretty sure the tollerances are way higher than back in the day when u really needed to brake a car in. Just my 2 cents. Maybe im completly wrong and dumb

@BigParaTV Best I've seen/heard of was 4.9. But like you said, that's raping the hell outta' the tranny and NO LAUNCH CONTROL. Even a stock WRX 265 could run 4.5 to 60 WITH launch control.......I think anyways
