In spite of all the major mistakes the jlp has made, they are the better for the country. Look at Portia's constituency, it looks like war-torn zone. The JLP is the making a lot of positive strides. Give them a chance. I think they will make some progress, slowly, but eventually

I fully agree with you, I drive through maxfield avenue daily and its horroble. I agree that the JLP has not been the best but given the economic hardship the world is facing it would be a test to any leader. The slate of candidates put forward by the JLP are far better than the PNP's. Givet he JLP at least another term

@Barushka75 If the people don't give the jlp a chance, I think I might just put jamaica behind me because the country will be definitely be set back for years..People just loyal to the pnp no matter how bad it gets. My whole family was pnp but I have to look at who is best to run the country, can't be blindly loyal to anyone or anything

@JamaicaNigga2006 You are so right. some people are so quick to judge because they grew up in a family which supports the opposition. They dont do the research , and try to understand what is going on in the country. I dont think either party is going to make a great "CHANGE" in the country right now. All the industrial nations are in a recession more over a small country like Jamaica. And the problems were there since before labor party was in power.

@trishana1o1, the biggest problem, was ppl expected a divine miracle, frm above on golden rays to solve ALLLLLL of Jamaica's issues, which were created from b4 JLP's governance, not seeing that happen, they find pure problems. They blame EVERYTHING on JLP gov'mnt. It's all gd, dem jus remind me dat common sense aint so common & they're greatly lacking in that area!
