the knights who wielded these swords trained with them every day from about the age of 8 until about 15 when they went into battle the first time so they were used to the weight of both armor and sword and could fight without tiring that quickly
I'm looking at those guys out there in that armor and padding in the sun and I'm thinking they must have downed several gallons of water just to survive.

I'm pretty sure that's tournament armor, rather than battle armor. You really wouldn't want to go into battle with plate that heavy.
Also, those guys did way too many wide slashes with those swords.
