Hi, again. I just watched this vdeo of y'all and the oreo cake and I've watched the baby cake one for Mardi Gras and your other lovely Mardi Gras cake and these inspired me. Mardi Gras is celebrated in Mobile, AL, also, kinda like in New Orleans. Here, Moonpies are tossed to the crowd during MG parade.  Ever thought about makin' a Moonpie Cake or some other kinda MP dessert? Yumo!

@willowisawsome21 you dont really need it, you COULD line your pan with plastic wrap, like I do in how to make an ice cream cake video, check out that one. But really, its not necessary, I use the clear acetate strips because I sell it in the store like that.

@757music Yes, get a job in a bakery and see if you reallllly like it, because its not all that FUN all the time. And go to Culinary School, be sure to learn as much as possible in someone else's bakery, before you go and make all the mistakes in YOUR OWN!

@Brokenache You can go without it, it will release if you just go around the inside with a hot wet knife. The acetate strip is nice for retail sales in the bakery, so the sides stay nice inside the display case.
