Never had any sort of problems at all with having to bribe anyone at the airport. Open my bags, show them my Government & National Police I.D. and everyone is always very nice to me. :-) Found the Vietnamese officials MUCH more honest and easy to deal with than say their counter-parts in the Philippines. If you feel the need to bribe someone - that's the place to go, not Vietnam, K.L. or Singapore :-P

Personally, I wen to Vietnam many many times and I never have any problems at all, well because I didn't bring alot of stuff. I don't even slip to the guys nothing.

part of their incomes is from people who bribed them. LOL --- If you don't, they will dig into your stuff and mess them up... Surely thieves

Typical VNCH liars. I went to Viet Nam many times and I never even seen anything about bribes or digging into anyone's luggage. Simply losers VNCH propaganda. Why don't you hypocrites stay away from Viet Nam and never come back since you bring nothing but filths into the country?
