I suppose it could theoretically be said that your interpretation is similar to that of Josh Groban, but you don't have the same type of voice. Your voice has a bright, more forward tone, more suitable for Pop music, or being a tenor in a typical concert chorus. Groban's voice, on the other hand, is warm, rich, round, and, while it's not what any musician would call a "dark" voice, it's considerably darker than yours. Still, overall, it was a pretty good performance.

I am really impressed with John Paul's presence when he performs. Usually singers do not sounds as good live as on a CD, but John Paul's voice caries the same emotion and control you enjoy on his album.

John Paul sounds real good in person, but is simply amazing on his CD - check it out! I really like the emotion he puts into the live performance. His voice is dramatic, yet soothing.
