@capsuleboy Honestly, to me this voice sounds similar to "Microsoft Sam". Basically a text to voice program in which you would type in what you want it to say and it says it in a digitized voice. I'm actually planning on a song in this styling myself, with acoustic guitar and then backing human vocals.

Funny though the performers on the recording are not Godin nor Dunkel(Air). I'm sure they wrote the song but they are not listed as performers when you open up to the credits on 20,000 Hz Legend. Roger Joseph Manning Jr.(Jellyfish) does the angelic voices etc., Beck's bassist plays bass, the drums are played by someone else. I believe that's all you can hear on this recording. So.... great job!
