If yes, what will avg fps be? friend has little bit less ram but same computer still and he has avg fps @ 25-30

You get two of the same thing at the equip menu, the gunfire is ripped off of some game i played which i don't remember now, his hands don't even move when he's moving, and the movement speed looks like he sprained his ankle or something.
