People must be registered republican to vote for Paul in the primaries. It depends on whether the state has an "open" or a "closed" primary. In states with a closed primary, you must be a member of a party to vote in that party's primary; in an open-primary state, you can vote in either primary.

Republicans: Please Listen. The next G.O.P. debate is going to be on Fox May 15th. Fox is going to eliminate candidates like Ron Paul from the debate because of under 1% polling numbers. It's imparative that if you believe our current course in Iraq is a blunder, that you tell poll takers that you would vote for Ron Paul. He is a voice that needs to be heard by conservatives who will tune in to watch Fox's G.O.P. debate! Democrats please spread this word.

To find the 2 MSNBC polls, go to msnbc . com then "Politics" then "The debates" then there is the "RATE THE CANDIDATES" poll "Launch" button and below that one is the link for the "Vote: Which Republican stood out?" poll.
Of course, he's already won that poll, because it's a poll of people who see what the candidates have to say.
If the mainstream pollsters poll those who know who Ron Paul is, he will have a high percentage.

According to the MSNBC Poll, Ron Paul was the clear winner, yet even the MSNBC commentators are ignoring their own poll, and other evaluations of the debate don't even mention him.
As I look at the poll now with over 70,000 votes, he has 32% in the positive rating, compared to just 26% for Giuliani and 21% for McCain.

Some spin doctors tried to discredit this, saying that the Ron Paul people must be out in force, which is bs.
Not only are all candidates people out in force, but if you look at the pre-debate poll, Ron Paul has only 9% positive rating--it's after watching the debate that people give him their vote.

i took a trip down the rabbit hole about 6 months ago. irs, fed reserve, oklahoma city, 911, uss liberty. do you really think they (elite) would allow an honest man into the white house? i will work to get him elected but more importantly i will pray for the safety of him and his family.

you are right about that! I also think he can't get elected because he is a man who could unite the american people, there is more money to be made from a divided population than a united one. What we really need is a more political parties in the mix, but I doubt the two in charge are about to let that happen.
