Millard Fillmore held the world's reccord for speed-talking (in the Guiniss Book of World reccords).

He played the Micro-machine man in those 80s comercials for the tiny micro-machine cars (and playsets).

But he's probbably more well-known as the voice of Blurr from the 80s Transformers cartoon series.
