  • i prefer metal guns over plastic ones but the baby desert eagle takes it to another level. i've shot the DE and you expect it to be heavy because of its size. the baby eagle, was a bit deceptive because its a regular service size pistol but when i held it... it felt like a small dumb bell. for the price it sounds like a good buy.

  • My words may be as abrasive as a sandblaster, but at least they're valid & get straight to the point without rambling on and on...and on. Fantastic gun btw.

  • @dgott7726 your words of saying I should have been aborted are far from valid sad to say however. If you read my description or read half of the comments while or before watching video you would know what your in for. This is really my only video where I took so long to physically show the gun because I was explaining the history of the gun and company.

  • This video justifies the need for full-birth abortions. Review starts at 8 minutes.

  • @dgott7726 sorry to hear you are that angry about a youtube video. Maybe your parents should have weighed their options aswell knowing how angry you have grown up to be.

  • That looks like my airsoft gun lolz

  • The Baby Eagle is a Jericho 941 same thing...like you said MRI marketing ploy by changing the name to boost sales.

  • @rugersix yeah there is really no change between all the models and the baby eagle/jericho is very similar to the cz75. It great to see how manufactures piggy back off each other.

  • funny piece of trival information, the reason it carries the "941" index is because that is the two original calibers it was to be offered it, a 9mm and a 41AE. of course the 41AE is unavailable nowadays.

  • Thats a Jericho 941 right?

  • @Harroz562 Uzi-eagle, baby eagle, and jericho 941 are all the same.

  • @Harroz562 Uzi-eagle, Baby eagle, and jericho 941 are all the same gun, the name just reflects the importer. Mossberg = Uzi-eagle. Mangum research = baby eagle, IWI ( the manufacture) = Jericho 941 ( believed to be an ironically religious name because its made in jewish israel)

  • vid starts at 7:00...

  • Its less recoil cause the gun is so doggone heavy! 40 oz??!!

  • @aethiops007 Yep that is true

  • i want a .40 S&W in the brushed chrome , do you know if they still offer that finish ? i had 1 about 5 years ago and sold it like a fool. really want another, if you have any input on availability and /or pricing id greatly appreciate it. thanks

  • @SneakaSeeka Yeah, they don't offer it in the brushed stainless anymore , all I could suggest is looking for a used jericho 941 on gunbroker. Some people I know buy it new and have it refinished. Just like most things in life, you can have whatever you want if you are willing to spend the money. A used Jericho is like 300-400 dollars, they used to be more money because people thought they would never be made again. Now they relaunched them the resale prices tanked, which is in your favor.

  • @CallMeTonyG them being remade wasn't the problem, it was the importer, once one importer dropped it another would pick it back up again. magnum picked it back up a year ago and i think they are offering it in a brushed finish again.

  • @SneakaSeeka magnum recently started selling them again, i believe you can order one in with that finish. if not check gunbroker.

  • si alguien tiene un video del desarme de la ahuja percutora que lo suba por favor, asi limpio mi pistola

  • JEEZZZ!!!! I HAD A HARD ON ON THAT GUN!!!!

  • I paid $550 for mine, .40 Full-Size Steel. My case was the exact same as yours, only it didn't have IWI cut out in the foam, which I wish it did. I almost regretted not getting the semi-compact .45, it is a very beefy gun! I just ordered my Front-Line leather IWB holster, so I will know by the end of the week how well it carries. My girlfriend, who gave me crap about buying it, LOVES IT! lol. Now she wants one, so maybe we'll be buying another one like yours :) -Thanks for the video.

  • @savestheeday Yeah mine is pretty beefy but I think that's what makes it handle the .45 so well. I would consider it more of a open carry gun if it needed to be carried. I believe it was my blackhawk serpa holster for my sig 229 that the baby eagle fit in as well since the trigger guards are very similar.

  • I paid $505 for mine brand new. Never been shot with 2 mags and a speed loader. Compact though, but great gun. Not as tight as my cz, but good enough. Great vid and gun.

  • Dont feel bad about the 580, I paid 550 for the polymer one, eehhh impulse buys

  • @NotDavidM Thats exactly what happened with me, saw it in the store and just said I want it.

  • what would you say the grip fells like? I have a sigma 9mm right now that I really like but i dislike how glocks feel in my hand. What guns is it similar to in terms of grip?

  • @yteka99 well the baby eagle is steel so as far as feel it has some similarity to the sig P220 since its in .45. It has the plastic grip into metal backbone feel but its pretty comfortable and contoured. The 9mm I cant really say what it feels like since it would have a smaller grip. I know the baby eagle is a clone off the cz-75 however if that helps. in find a gun with similar feel.

  • i thought that was a bb gunfor a sec

  • I heard you mention a PX4, which do you prefer? Baby Eagle or PX4?

  • @dr427 They are very different platforms plus my px4 is 9mm the eagle is .45 , one is all steel other is half poly with the rotating barrel. The PX4 would definitely be easier to carry weight and size wise, however I find that my PX4 can get inaccurate if not kept clean. I feel because of the weight though a baby eagle in 9mm would be more pleasurable to shoot.

  • Pretty cool.I buy American myself.Good luck.

  • @Samiel1974 thanks.

  • pancake

  • @moneyland19 I agree

  • What's the length of the barrel? Is this the Full size or the semi-compact?

  • @thepulse32 The barrel is 3.93" inches its semi compact.

  • Not a bad video and not a bad gun either. Thanks for the info (even if it was a little to much) Hope to be purchasing one in a few weeks!

  • Fucking douche..... 7 minutes talking about fucking paperwork!! Fuck you and your hideous gun!!

  • @TheJosh9150 read my comments and description before you comment and you would understand why it is as long as it is. You have to be a kid

  • This pistol seems to share a lot of design features similar to the CZ75BD such as the slide fitting into the frame instead of riding over rails on the frame. The field strip is basically the same, too. Anyway, I enjoyed your video.

  • too much talking

  • I like it and am thinking of purchasing one in the near future

  • nice gun it field strips just like my 4003 stw s&w i don't like that sig is easier to field strip

  • @bondislife I agree, the baby eagles construction is kinda unorthodox but it is built like a tank.

  • 6:50 to skip all shit

  • looks like shit

  • decocker. hahaha

  • do you realize that you were 7 minutes into the video before you actually pulled the gun out of the bag??? You make me want to drop kick a pregnant women. Fuck you.

  • @ricklee12345678 I guess you should be drop kicking your sister then, things got a little crazy last night

  • It took you 6:58 seconds just to show the gun way to long of an intro

  • @bigboy12314 I know this is the only video ive done this on,My other videos are more on point and shorter.

  • I think i dozed off :o

  • I own one i a .40 S&W Imported by K.B.I. and it was well worth the money, very accurate and reliable and it is my preferred carry choice. i am wanting one in a 9 and a 45 ( i will not buy magnums Baby Eagle, even though they are the same gun the name just annoys me, pet peeve i guess.)

  • shoting under water??

  • aaaand 9 minutes into it ur still talking shit smh.. thats an ugly gun i prefer the regular eagle .50 call

  • @cubancripto so go buy it and be like all the other mall ninjas

  • 6 minutes so far has been just a ot of shit talkin

  • Any cons to this gun?

  • @jusme500 Only cons to me is the weight since its all steel its quite heavy. The double action trigger pull might be considered a con for some is pretty heavy but its acceptable to me.

  • gun 1st rest of the shit after

  • @grimss1 you can skip ahead.

  • @CallMeTonyG Are you happy with your purchase? im thinking about getting this very soon. How is the trigger on this? is it a very long and heavy trigger pull?

  • @faman7 great gun definitely worth the money, double action pull isnt too long but its heavy I think its one of the heaviest for a semi auto handgun, single action is smooth and short though.

  • @CallMeTonyG yea single action is all im worried about i dont keep one in the chamber so ill only use it single action. I just ordered one last week, they only had it in a .40 S&W at my gun shop so they had to order the .45 for me. only paid $530 for mine couldnt pass it up.

  • dude jesus. next time show the gun 1st then show the rest of the bullshit. took 8 minutes ti get to the gun.

  • @2121beastmode if you read any of the comments you would see your wasting your time, I already know what you said.

  • you have got to be kiding me bro lol get on with it i know your proud and happy for having a new gun but seriously leave your books out on future reviews you said it yourself quote "for those who dont know here how to blah blah blah " then you said its common since stuff which those of us do have ,anyway sorry but i laughed so hard at this review my appreciation for your gun took a moment sorry for over commenting, try and do a better review next time please.

  • @82775Smitty If you were to look at the other comments and my responses you are not saying anything that I dont already know and I will not be making reviews this long anymore. I wasn't doing it cause I am a "proud and happy gun owner" I did it to help people that may never get this gun or wondered about it but never seen one so it was in-depth and I learned a bit too in depth for most. Sorry my review was not for you.

  • dam no dis respect here but dam, this vid just went on an on, you talk about things that dont matter, do the review, not tell us about the oil from the inside of the bag dude

  • @insane931 Understandable. It was a first impression kinda showing what to expect with purchasing the gun not so much a review of its performance. It is a bit long though I agree.

  • @CallMeTonyG Ok now let me ask you this, do you prefer the polymer frame or steel? im going to get one this weekend but im deciding between the two, did you see both modles? an does it say baby eagle on the gun or jerico? im confused cuz the gun is a jerico, but they are calling it baby eagle II, Ok dude, an please i ment no dis respect on your review, i just have a tendency to say whats on my mind lol

  • @insane931 I just took it out of the safe and checked on the slide it says "desert eagle pistol" no mention of baby eagle or jericho. Jericho was the name given to it by IWI and only charles daly firearms imported it as the jericho. Mossberg when importing it called it the uzi eagle, magnum research called it baby eagle. Magnum research is the only company importing it as baby eagle II since they did a re-release but as mentioned the markings say "desert eagle pistol"

  • @insane931 Now as far as polymer vs steel in .45 I would take steel, it just shoots better with the added weight. In .40 since it is in my opinion a snappy round I would stick with the steel, in 9mm polymer would be nice I think. It seems to be quite cheaper as-well,bottom line I would only do 9mm in poly the other two calibers I would go steel. Dont worry no disrespect is taken, I appreciate honest constructive criticism its when people troll or say things without reason I take offense.

  • @CallMeTonyG ok good advice, thanks dude, you should do a range video, show off that biatch in action!

  • @insane931 I am gonna do reviews on 3 more guns I have and then showing my new AR build then I will start range videos.

  • hows the recoil im only 13 but my dad takes me to the range and everytime i shoot one of his pistols the recoil gets me is the recoil big or small

  • @ghrbxwarrior Well this gun is in .45 there is more recoil then a 9mm or 40 but its less muzzle flip, most of the pressure is going into your palm and not up like you get in a 9mm and more so in .40 which can really hurt accuracy.

  • You Don't see the gun for 7 min that sucks good review but let us see the gun sooner or you will lose us

  • @Don007206 I was trying to do the review in a way of what a person is to expect if they bought one and some history of the gun since their is alot of misinformation. I agree with what your saying and I am trying to keep my new videos shorter and if not shorter atleast make it worth it and keep people happy ,most importantly to me is people walk away with a question answered or learn something new.

  • @nighthawk121180 Your one to talk baby face , your moms ass could probably use more of a shave then your face.

  • Dude You Take WAY To Long To Say Very Little. Thumbs down.

  • I believe thats called a Dual Captive Recoil Spring. Other companies also use them. I've been lloking at the polymer framed version of this, in 45. I can't decide between this, the MRI Fast action eagle(40sw) and an FNP45. They all fit well in my hand, just can't shoot them for comparison. Good job .

  • Good job. Don't let dicks get you down. Foxtrot probably had the trots that day. Keep up the good work Bro.

  • @SpookeyEyeGhost thanks man I appreciate it

  • Great Video. Beautiful Firearm. Who imports this firearm?

  • @mradams12189 the simple answer is magnum research and that's who you search for when wanting to buy this. However magnum research was the company that developed the desert eagle and contracted Israeli weapons industry to make it. and Magnum research is now owned by Kahr arms.

  • Where did you order yours?

  • @savestheeday I got it from a local dealer here in jersey.

  • Thanks for the long and detailed video. It was nice to see the gun break down. I have wanted this gun for over 10 years and I'm days away from putting 60% down on one, I just have to wait for it to come back in stock! I haven't seen a video yet of the 2011 release, so it was good to see the gun is practically unchanged.

I will be getting the .40 full steel 13+1 :) - it was a tough choice between that and the semi-compact .45

  • @foxtrotcoy200203 Whats the matter? You chip your teeth on your vibrator? Don't be a DILDO you sperm gurggeling ass whore.

  • Actually Magnum Research never suspended the production, because the never produce it...the baby eagle/jericho have always been manufactored by IWI. Mag research, charles daly and all other firearm companys that sold the baby eagle/jericho at one point and time just imported it from israel to america for IWI under there companys name.dude not tryin to b a dick was just lettin ya kno b4 some 8yr old whose mother thinks firearms kill people so he'll never tocuh or see one, corrects u like a penis

  • @TyPocalypseNow Your correct in that the production of the "jericho" never stopped it was just imported under different companies I learned this after I made the video and it was going to be a pain to make a new vid I will be changing the description to reflect this. However just for info's sake dont forget magnum research designed the desert eagle not IWI.

  • nice pistol, i just got my 9mm semi compact a couple weeks back. . love the gun. . love the feel . . not sure if you like rubber grips but try hogue. . i switched it out and it feels way better. . check out my vid if you wanna see mine with a viridian c5 laser!

  • @kpgoreds I am gonna check out your video and I'll comment there about the grips and such

  • LOL....sorry man just an observation, your completely right I don't have any videos so that means I have no clue what I'm talking about. I really didn't mean to offend you but by all means please ...... ramble on that's what YouTube is for.

  • @up4daz Your wording and context didn't come off as just observation, I am sure if I said "complete nonsense rambling bullshit" to something you did you may take some offense aswell. I respect everyone's opinion though kind or harsh and if you say you meant no offense then I will take it as such. Like you said this is youtube and its all about rambling.

  • WOW... I counted over 10 minutes of complete nonsense rambling bullshit,3 minutes of um um um and about 1 minute of an actual firearm review. Do yourself and everyone a favor keep it short and to the point.

  • @up4daz maybe when you make a video you will have some room to talk, secondly this is my impression about the gun and the company not just a gun review, it doesn't say gun review in the title. Sorry to waste some time in your life but then again your watching videos on youtube so it cant be that valuable.
