I have one of these and have started using it again. I notice though that both my feet seem to end up at the front and I have to reposition my feet every few minutes. Beats running, so easy on the knees, and I wear a knee brace with pain when i do not wear it. No pain on the machine.
I love this machine and personally, I lift me heels ever so slightly when bringing my feet up, as you would when walking. Everyone at the gym does this, maybe because its more efficient and comfortable than keeping you feet flat. Hope this helps lol.
slumping on hte machne is SO widespread, and SO bad for you -- it's sweet how nicely he puts this, but it actually needs to be put more forcibly how hte head needs to be held high, or repetitive stress injuries will get built up....
Doesn't he remind you of "The Bear" from American Pie 3?

how many calories would it burn on 45 minutes?

@smartbroke No idea, pal. But I start sweating a lot when going past 35 minutes, specially during the summer.
