Killing yourself restarts you at the beginning of the Wily levels. While this fixes certain glitchiness, it won't spawn any bosses at the end of the stages you can reach the end of, and it won't let you reach the end of any you couldn't before. So, no way to climb the ladder in Wily 4, for example.

@jagvillintevaramed92 Sorry for taking forever.  Nope, not even Item 3 will do it. You have to be able to grab the ladder to climb onto the next screen, and water replaces the ladders in this game. It's impossible to advance.

With a nonhumanly-doable glitch, that area can be accessed within level 4, and the first room can be reached with a reverse shutter-tech glitch.

The reason why most of these glitches happen is because that megaman has a limited number of rooms so they combine them with code and tile changes. so i bet if you were to go to wily stage 1, use a walk through wall glitch and go to the right to find heatmans stage with wily tiles.

Actually, Wily 1 is after Heat Man. That was backwards. MM1 has the same mechanics, Wily stages after RM stages.

Bubble Man has Level 4

Heat Man has level 1

Wood Man has level 3

Flash Man has 2 junk rooms, then level 6

Quick Man has level 5

Air Man has level 2

Crash Man has a glitchy beginning screen (no save points)

Metal Man has a glitch world

The room after Flashman's room is a boss room from the first Mega Man game (either Iceman or Fireman). After Metalman's room is both Dr. Wily stage 1 and Cutman's room from Mega Man 1. And the area after Crashman's room is the introduction and title screen.

Also, after the boss room in Wily stage 6 is the password, option, weapon, and ending screens.

Yes the title/intro screens are behind Crashman's room, and Password and ending screens are behind the boss room in Wily stage 6. You can't walk around in the title screen area, but apparently you can use Item-1 to get through the various Password and ending screens behind the Wily stage 6 boss room. I have a video showing the title area behind Crashman's room if you want to see what it's like. Look for it in my channel.

Since MM2 was built from MM1, can you also confirm another suspicion I have? After level 4, there seem to be more rooms from MM1 before it becomes a total glitch world (I think 5 or 6 screens, IIRC). Could you identify which rooms from MM1 those are? Thanks.

The Mechs always have the best stuff when it comes to things like this, eh? I don't think that it's possible to get to the leftovers of MM1Wily1 from Bubbleman, while we're sure it's there, if this applies the same way, you still wouldn't be able to get to it. The best you can do is what you've done here. But, I'm still curious, why is Bubbleman still there? That's unique to this particular glitch, no? In the others, the boss vanishes altogether, there's must be an explanation...

It can't be done... I've tried every way that I can think of. The ladder can't be climbed and Bubble Man doesn't attack.

this aint a hack, its a glitch thats in the game even in the original DUH look he used the frickin platforms retard if the game g ets to lagy and your by the door you got to dr wilys almost everytime its in the game not a hack
