@bubble2blow Yes. I believe all dogs can be kept in a flat as long as you exercise them enough. I grew up in a block of flats where everyone who owned a dog walked it a least 2h a day - 30 mins in the morning, 1h in the afternoon and 30 mins in the evening. Just around the corner there were loads of houses where the dogs were just let out in the garden. It's so much easier to become lazy if you live in a house!
