Looks fantastic. I always used veal stock/demi or in a pinch, beef stock, but that looks superb!

we do grill down here but when your in the outback or camping somewhere you just cook on the open fire !

hes got a rack there to put his pots on over the fire and a bit of sheet metal behind to block the wind !
those pots would b cast iron to.
just light a fire let it burn down to coals and minimal flame and your good to go !
