he is fully grown (8 years old). the collar by coach, that handbag company, so my mom keeps it on him for looks. the harness is used for the walking and leash leading. actually, the collar has been taken off, and now he's only got the harness.

Ours uses his paws too. They're just like little bears. We attache his harness to the seat belt to kepp him safe when we go for a drive.
