  • to be aware that Sedona is a huge programming centre for the new age..

i like stewart swerdlows releasing techniques the most effective i have found so far,

  • volume is way too low. I can't hear.

  • your channel is great, keep building more videos.

  • I've TAKEN them both 'for checking' and I've decided I 'believe' Larry Crane to be a parasite who's latched himself onto and nestled himself under the Good name of Lester Levenson to 'sincerely' benefit only his own selfish 'wants'. No joke. I've been using his courses, full-time, for 2 years and I've posted ALL about my findings on RipOff Report dot com. Take what's been written there 'for checking'? Decide for yourself if it makes sense to you? And if it DOES make sense to you, share it? Thx.

  • They are both awesome teachers. As Lester himself would say:

    Take them both for checking.

Come and visit our releasing forum and youtube channel for some details of some free releasing support calls every week. Everyone welcome

  • hale is great teacher, i am happy with the products i purchased

  • They're are both great

  • your an idiot

  • Both Larry and Hale have amazing programs. I would suggest anyone new to this to buy Larry Crane's Abundance Book and Hale Dwoskin's Sedona Method book. Together they will cost you roughly 45-50 dollars. You could spend that on a meal with a friend if you think about it. And the results from applying each book are so powerful it will blow your mind(Literally)

Money gains, career gains, anxiety disappearing, depression going bye bye, and relationships abundant and loving.

  • So what should I go with?

I just got Release technique, and when he said about the gut thing.. I tried it, and the person who annoyed me a lot!!! I mean a lot is a good friend of mine.

Just after doing that technique for 5 minutes, That same day, I was not annoyed or anything by that person..

So Still go with Sedona or go with release?

I have to get rid of stress etc, I had alopecia before.

  • can' hear you

  • Well there is a simpler difference between the two. The Release technique allows a persons body to release the second you experience something. Like, trains your body to release automatically. It's pretty useful.

The Sedona Method drastically increases tollerance to events. So if you let go with the Sedona Method on something. Say you experience a ton of resistance and use the Sedona Method. You can get through it, just you will experience the next level.

It's auto releasing vs lifting up.

  • @lmurray3

this is a very helpful distinction. rich

  • i tried both approches. the sedona method goes more deeply into explaining the theory behind it, the release technique is more direct and powerful imo. also the release tecnique bases the releasing more on energy and body sensation while the sedona seems to be more focused on the mind. and while hale seems a very calm and spiritual person, larry is more aggressive in his approach but at the same time seems more willing to point to the unlimited nature and possibilities of the human being

  • 2nd comment. Very good to talk to like minds and love is key. We wouldn't get far in this unless wanting to go free of the world and the garbage we collect subconsciously. I would do my own homework. There is no monopoly on "releasing". Lester used Hindu terms because this is another approach to the ancient practice of meditation toward self-realization. He referred to Ramana and Yogananda. He did not want to be followed. Sure, learn it. But break away and do not keep buying into a business!!!

  • Lester referred to Ramana & Yogananda and often to Christ. Are current people fooling themselves or just the public? A great tool can be used for help and hell. Stand way back and look with keen eyes. Total dedication is required for enlightenment. Lester knew this world was an illusion. Then why promise more of it? He said when free you would not need success, which is a test of the method, alone! And study other masters too. Learn the best of methods but go free of marketeers.

  • your volume level is too low. I have all levels cranked up on my computer and still have to struggle to listen to it, which I never did complete.

  • you know crane is more gruff but straight to the point. He is a little too on the business side and a bit of an asshole. And Dwoskin is a little too weird and spiritual for me. Plus dwoskin has a few limiting belief I do not agree with. I would go with Crane on this because there is something about his in-you-face style that make me want to believe his jerk-ass:P

  • I know what your saying, and agree that Crane comes across as an ass hole. He is also well known for getting easily annoyed at people on release technique calls.. However, I don't agree with you that Hale is weird, I think he is spot on. Also, what limiting beliefs do you think he has??

  • OOH man spot on? Hale has a very watered down version of the real Sedona Method:/ I actually don't care for either one of them as a teacher of the release technique. But like i said I would rather listen to Larry's jerkiness than Hale's creepiness and limiting beliefs.

  • Hale tends to disagree with the way Lester taught the course (the original teacher of SM). He does not come out and say it but he hints around it. Hale also like to tell people that there is nothing you can do about your shitty life so might as well live with it.

  • He didn't actually say it that way but you know what i'm saying (I hope). But anyway Larry actually teaches it the original way but add his pushy attitude to it. But hey man you got to go with your gut feels on this. That;s just my experience with them. I just do the method without listening to either of them. I not like it rocket science....right:P

  • I think Hale's approach is a lot more suttle yes, and he takes longer to really get into the guts of the method (it's real power), but I don't necessarily "feel the love" either when Crane tells you in his pissed off voice to "open up the tube". And he just doens't "seem" like he is a very released person himself.. I don't know though, of course it's very hard to tell from subjective experiences how he really is inside. I have just heard about him getting really annoyed at people in calls...

  • Where does Hale illude to the idea of disagreeing with Lester's teachings?

Also, I am interested to know what you mean by "a watered down version of the real Sedona Method"....

  • Agreed about larry:) that's why I just do the method without listening to either. It is much more powerful for me to just let go of needing of them to guide me. Would I let it goooo. Hell yes:)

So if you listen to Lester he says that by letting go you open the doorway (so to speak) for all things possible to happen in your favor.

  • lester clearly says that almost every time he taught. Lester way also pretty big on visualizing techniques. After all if you know his story you know that is how he came up with this method. Get into the feeling place and it is yours. Now I 100% agree with this. I have done it and it works. But Hale does not believe that.

  • In face hale does not really believe that is true. Hale believes in the gist of the method (letting go) but he does not think that there is a universal power behind. Hale was in the secret as you my know but trash talks about the movie all the time.

But i will say that the Sedona Method book is fantastic!

I will also say that i do think that you r right that the SM is worded and put together better.

  • @grvonny nah, that was Bill Harris.. and Hale never trashed the secret as far as I know.. but who cares even if he did.... as far as I am concerned, I only take his courses, not his visions, same goe for Larry :)

Love and peace to you all ;)

  • @ArmaDino22 thx!

  • More power to you bro, wish you luck on your path, there are many various tools you can add that will customize your releasing and make it faster, powerful and far more effective, one good tactic is to stop using words for releasing, use non verbal communication for contacting your subconscious, images is the basic way subconscious works anyways, another tool is being in alpha state, another is using ultra height, focus 10 or 12.you can search all these. I'd love to learn your insights and gains

  • I too, had a hard time hearing anything - even with headphones. However the title sort of offended me, in it´s competitive spirit.

Different folks - different strokes, I´m not all that sure that LL, would find anything but oneness.

Don´t really know why I care to comment, as I let go (pun intended) of both methods after 5 ys. Now, I´m actually starting to get a life.

  • Great video. I was a beginner to both methods a few months ago. Simultaneously I read both the Sedona Method and Abundance Course - which wasn't a good idea and brought a lot of frustration. Lol But ultimately I agree with you. The Sedona Method just seemed easier at the time of me beginning but after I took a break, calmed myself down and actually listened to Mr. Crane instead of getting so impatient and frustrated, I'm learning alot more this time around.

  • Hi Nick, As a new adherent to the Release Technique who has also used the Sedona Method, I can appreciate your thoughtful commentary. I would gladly continue with an off-site discussion, but, for now, I see "Hale" offering a very attractive gentleness, versus "Larry" not taking any cr*p from my ego! For now, Larry "wins" because I have several friends making spectacular gains, and they assist me when I hit resistance - a most unfair advantage in this "contest"!

  • Dear D

I have been releasing since doing the Abundance Course last September.

With the release technique it is much faster and more precise because you can zoom into those unconscious thoughts that hold you back and release the effect they hold on you. Yes it does take time and effort and I sacrifice the other things i would like to do now so I can continue my progress. Some day there will be nothing left to work on My story is limited to 500 letter so I have to cut over half of it out for now

  • Cool, I am interested in chatting to you about this, if you like, send your email or MSN chat id to my profile, and we can talk at more length about it.

Thanks for your comments, its great to make contact with other people with this view on life and self development.

    Hope to hear from you.

    Nick

  • The Release technique is a wonderful system.

Its easy to apply. Its helped me more than any other system to become so much more calm and peaceful within my self. Now I am getting some real control back into my life and I am also getting nearer to living the life I have always wanted to live without those horrible inhibiting thoughts getting in the way of true success

  • Thanks for your positive comments, its sounds like you have got a lot out of it. How long did it take you to start seeing real changes from doing the technique?

My problem is discipline. My life works so much better when I release, but I, like most people am addicted to my suffering, so I tend to only do it when I really feel bad, instead of just keeping it up and feeling better and better. Silly I know. Im sure Ill get there soon :D

  • I put my volume on loudest and i could still barely hear what your saying

the Sedona Method and Releasetechnique are basically the same thing

let go of wanting control, approval, safety

  • Im sorry about that natralguy, maybe try headphones if your still interested in hearing it. Its seems fine on my computer, so im not sure what the deal is...

  • @ReleaseMeterLive

I could barely hear it, uniquely quiet.

    Thx for your info.

    rich

  • The iCAP release meter, check out my other vids, I did a bit of a review. Its a pretty expensive tool, but if your serious about releasing and getting free, then its a great investment. Also, if you are interested, you might like to know that there is a $300 discount from the normal price right now. See my site in my profile for more info.

  • Whats the other thing you talk of? Icup? Eggflap?

    x

  • @yusefsobky AGFLAP CAP = Apathy Grief Fear Lust Anger Pride Courage Acceptance Peace; Lester's scale of states from lowest to highest. 6 negative, 3 positive. David Hawkins elaborated on it with his Scale of Consciousness with more detail + numerical calibrations.

  • @Heptasmegistus

yes. I love Hawkins's scale of consciouness, his 2005 book seems much cleaner than Power v. Choice, his first.

  • You should try EFT (emotional freedom technique) if you haven't, its much more powerful than both, but for the release technique the sedona method guy hale explains it better for sure.

I went into my past and released everything that haunted me for years and years, all clear now, do what haunts you now, try EFT with it, hope you manage to make some progress :-)

Also, do you notice the release meter goes down a lot when you close your eyes?

  • Thanks man, but i think I will stick with Releasing. I like the idea of being able to do it anywhere, and not having to tap myself to do the process.

As far as the icap goes, yes it will react to eyes open or closed, thats because we have subconscious responsed to everything, including just looking at things, whether or not we have a conscious reaction to them.

Thats my understanding of it anyways :)
