Hi i am looking for a site that gives simple information on geting all of the nutrition you need from a raw vegan diet, i agree with the more energy thing, I do not like supplements and i want my nutrients from real food. Calcum from spinach, protein and essential fats from nuts etc.
being vegan is good not completly healthy though because your body(specially if you do alot of physical exersice)needs animal protien which is different from protien in plants
Awesome video, I have 4 kids and it's not easy trying to get my kids to eat raw foods, especially with school and parties so I just do the best I can with making them eat lots of fruits and greens. My youngest will eat anything I give him and I wish I started when my first was burn 7 years ago. I have been raw for over a year and a half, but did have some bumps on the road this winter. Anyway I'm gald I found you. I share some of my raw recipes if you ever want to stop by my channel :)

Oh yes..I make smoothies with bananas, mangos, dates, frozen strawberries or raspberries (anything) and just water in a blender...the dates make it so sweet u can't tell the difference and the mangos make it kinda silky :D
