Thanks for your reply it really helps as i'm seriously considering getting one of those pedals, i would also be using it as a preamp, would also be using it for gigs. Even though you say your amp is shite, the sound quality is very good!
i would not have thought that the guitar was made of plywood, sounds very similar to a fender, and the floyd rose is a nice touch.
@TringBoyzTV I would recommend the pedal. I think 'tis grand. But a lot depends on what your using it for. I basically use it as a preamp bypassing my wee fender amp altogether. I only use a couple of settings (Clean, Crunch, "Fuck off your being silly" gain)each in a dedicated bank. Within that bank, I have slight variations (added echo, vibe, ect), and often just use the pedal clean, adding boost alone for solos.
For fucking about in the living room its great. I dont gig. but I imagine...
@TringBoyzTV ..through a PA it would be equally good. I've never got on with it through the front of a guitar amp, but then my amp is a bit shite so thats to be expected.
The guitar awesome? Wellll...its Plywood. I just routed for the floyd & re wired. The neck is good though. Im just too Tight to go buy a decent guitar!
