i love this. An just as they used a Fraternity to change social conditions in the past we must do that now.. In greek life we must go against the things that current college students go through TODAY and i love their story. I love that they are showing us that we need to take a stand for today... they helps us now let us help the future.
Did you list to the gentlemen’s interview about KAP history with your brain or with your heart? Perhaps you have sentimental reasons for your remarks, thus the world in a very intelligent place; with a number of intelligent people witness ignorance occur every day, yet they refuse to commit....I choose to commit...Yes I have positively affective many generations....I taught my them how to listen and think without being confused with matter of the heart....
The men speak as if there was not a track record established from 1904-1909. By 1911 the ground swell was well in affect with the wealthy jewish population supporting the underserve educated black population.....Who selected these guys to speak on this video. I suggest they speak from the perspective of Sigma pi phi, alpha phi alpha and the niagara movement. KAP and indiana University is not the door step to the civil right movement..nor has it every been......ignorant and absent minded....
@kellyxio to get knowledge from a book is one thing....but these men lived it. How dare you call someone ignorant and absent minded. Who he hell are you and what have you done?
@kellyxio What the hell are you talking about? YOU are ignorant. These men are speaking about their experiences and about those passed down to them. I didn't hear them say one word about being the door step to the civil rights movement; however, there was still a long ways to go beyond 1909 and ALL of the NPHC organizations and their members (many of which were part of the Civil Rights Movement) contributed to civil rights and the uplift of the African American community and society in general.
Seeing Brother "TUT" in this piece brings back wonderful memories of him making the rounds at those C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conferences during those undergrad days in Eastern Province (always urging life membership to the "new blood"). "K"udos!!!
Very Inspirational Brothers.. "I love K.A.Psi and will bleed Krimson and Kreme until the day I die"..... D.A .............(Dover Alumni)..........NorthEastern Province..... Fall 2K10
Great work! I am proud to say I have met and shook hands with all of these Grand Polemarch's and served under the administration of the 28th Grand Polemarch Ronald R. Young.
