  • JOSEPH-HECTOR FIOCCO is a musician and composer of Brussels, born and died in Brussels ( 20 January 1703 - 22 June 1741 ). Fiocco's father, Pietro Antonio Fiocco , himself a musician, left Venice and settled in Brussels in 1682 .
