the earths climate has gone thru warming cooling cycles for millions of years as seen by core samples from the poles and the ocean floor. we cycle between warm periods and cool periods and man is not a factor in this cycle. carbon and warmth from humans will just speed up the cycle a little but not enough to matter. what does matter is that the warmest times lead directly to an ice age. in less than 50 years we will be in it. the extreme rains and flooding are a sign of the coming ice age.

No, humans contribute a small amount to CO2 emissions. The warming trend began about 100 years before fossil fuel use. The over all slope did not increase with or follow fossil fuel use. Co2 is emitted from oceans because of warming. Gore shows a correlation between the two. The argument being warming causes Co2 which causes more warming. The Epica chart however, shows CO2 ALWAYS lags, NEVER causes warming in 650,000 years! the debate IS NOT over, it never occurred. I missed it anyway.

Except for the co2 levels in 1940, these numbers are their numbers. These aren't the numbers of denier scientists, these are the numbers of these articles you speak of the "consensus" scientists. They are not disputed by anyone. The Co2 slope from 1950 to now we see alot, which shows 320ppm to 380ppm, is the Mona Loa observatory. Gore superimposes this on the Epica chart, a different lower res data set.
But other measurements show 440ppm, in 1940 and 500ppm in 1800's, can't recall exact year.
But if you want to be a good scientist and poke holes in your own theory, goto that website I recommended of the 31000 scientists, look at the charts and their origins, then verify. Science research is only published in science journals like nature and science. (Geophysics journals more for climate related studies) Obviously you didnt know this if you refer to them as "magazines". the earths climate has gone thru warming cooling cycles for millions of years as seen by core samples from the poles and the ocean floor. we cycle between warm periods and cool periods and man is not a factor in this cycle. carbon and warmth from humans will just speed up the cycle a little but not enough to matter. what does matter is that the warmest times lead directly to an ice age. in less than 50 years we will be in it. the extreme rains and flooding are a sign of the coming ice age.

This idiot would have more of a point if he found one of these people chartered a private plane. But getting on a plane that is already going somewhere anyway gives him nothing to make a point of. And why do we accept his premise that airplanes are the largest contributor when he use one clip out of context. The IPCC reports that airplanes contribute about 3.5% of all greenhouse gases while JUST the US automobile sector contributes over 45%.

remember reading a discover mag saying coral is bleaching. Scientists are sure its GW heating the oceans. Coral is too fragile for a temp change. Then it is discovered a bacteria in dust carried over from African dust storms did it. Then the headlines said, dust storms caused by GW killed the coral. Not a word on how they were so wrong the previous month on temps doing it. Just full speed ahead on GW. All media has been that way ever since. Often GW headlines don't even match following story.

No, humans contribute a small amount to CO2 emissions. The warming trend began about 100 years before fossil fuel use. The over all slope did not increase with or follow fossil fuel use. Co2 is emitted from oceans because of warming. Gore shows a correlation between the two. The argument being warming causes Co2 which causes more warming. The Epica chart however, shows CO2 ALWAYS lags, NEVER causes warming in 650,000 years! the debate IS NOT over, it never occurred. I missed it anyway.

Except for the co2 levels in 1940, these numbers are their numbers. These aren't the numbers of denier scientists, these are the numbers of these articles you speak of the "consensus" scientists. They are not disputed by anyone. The Co2 slope from 1950 to now we see alot, which shows 320ppm to 380ppm, is the Mona Loa observatory. Gore superimposes this on the Epica chart, a different lower res data set.
But other measurements show 440ppm, in 1940 and 500ppm in 1800's, can't recall exact year.

Be your own investigator. started questioning their arguments. Co2 is emmited / absorbed by life forms. 97% is by nature. They claim that Earth was on a fragile razors edge for millions of years, and our 3% caused catastrophe. Also Co2 is only responsible for 0.3% of the greenhouse effect, we are 3% of that. There was more CO2 in 1940 than now, it was warmer a few hundred years ago, and we are cooler then last interglacial cycle peek. Other times climates like ours now were prosperous times. Cool climates devastate.

Media stories on science are wrong almost 100% of the time, no matter what discipline. I do not get my information on science from the media. I get my information directly from the scientific community. Not being a geophysicist, I deffer to their consensus on climate models. You can post data all year and it doesnt mean a god damn thing since neither of us are qualified to make a statement on it. The phenomenon of GW is real. Humans contribute to SOME DEGREE.

that there havent been satallites for 12000 years. Now that weve established nothing, Im done. You have your mind made up and no information will change it. I trust the concensus of the people who do the research, and you dont. No big problem. Im not afraid of global warming, nor am I sure of anything. I just know how science works and trust that process. You believe in conspiracies that do not make logical sense. If we ever do agree it wont be for the same reasons.

Science research is only published in science journals like nature and science. (Geophysics journals more for climate related studies) Obviously you didnt know this if you refer to them as "magazines". Those magazines are where the raw data is reported and where scientists hash out these issues. Unless you mean for me to become an actual climatologist, you cant do any better research than that. Global warming is an observed phenominon, anthropogenic global warming is a well accepted theory.

Unfortunately this area of science has been corrupted by government money, bullying, and influence. Scientists who agree get funding and published, others get fired. Some get death threats. I don't have all the answers, but I know the atmosphere with this subject is anything but scientific. Control CO2 and you control everything, and they want it! My dad is a geologist and his trade magazines have left neutral science and have become propaganda.
This is a scam the scope of we have never seen!

I must say that I am disappointed in what I saw here, but the people did answer your questions and I believe in their cause. They explain the truth and people must realize that we are changing our earth.
